Naruto

Growing up in a village of ninjas, Uzumaki Naruto never knew that the adults of the village shunned him because sealed within him was the spirit of the demon fox who had destroyed their village 12 years ago. When his corrupt teacher Mizuki tricked him into stealing a secret scroll of ninjutsu, Naruto learned the truth about who he was, but it didn't change his goal to win the respect of the village by becoming THE GREATEST NINJA EVER!

First he must pass the test to enter the Ninja Academy; deal with his would-be rival, Konohamaru; and learn to get along with his new classmates, Sasuke and Sakura. Assigned to a three-person team, Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura must survive a test against an upper-level ninja instructor: the deceptively powerful Hatake Kakashi. But only two people can pass... which one will fail?

Waah, Naruto! I'm first! *laughs maniacally* Ok, incase anyone hasn't noticed, I am in love with this series. Let's get this straight, first of all: Hatake Kakashi is sole property of ME! All mine! Well, and Kishimoto-san. Naruto is a wonderfully drawn manga and anime (not released in the US yet) with very original ideas and beautiful artwork. The romance aspect is more cute gags than actual plotness, but it gets better, I've heard. Overall, a wonderful series!

Ah Naruto, I love this series so far its so funny and cool. The whole ninja aspect is rather original and very entertaining, but sadly I only have the first four book so far. I feel sorry for poor Sakura, but shes remarkably persistent. I'm starting to find the whole "Naruto inspires younger boy who is lonely for some reason to stop whinning and stuff" is getting a wee tedious, but I don't really mind.

Comments: Naruto! Oh, what a fun series Naruto is, with the adventuring, the meeting of new people and or course, the ramen. Naruto is a fun boy who often gets himself into trouble with his antics, and his friends add on to it. Kakashi is simply the coolest, just wanted to say that. The love triangle between the three, Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto is fun, but underdeveloped (which I think is fine, considering theyre all kids and all, but still)
