Alice 19th
Alice Seno seems like a normal girl in high school. She's a bit shy, she's got a crush on a boy name Kyo, and she's got
an older sister who is more popular than she is! Pretty normal stuff, until Alice has an encounter with a mysterious and magical
rabbit girl that changes the course of her life and Alice is introduced to the sublime power of the Lotis Words. Certain words
have power and Alice has the potential to become a master of this power. Uncontrolled use of these words, however, can have
deadly consequences and Alice inadvertently sends her sister into a world of darkness. Alice resolves to save her sister from
the darkness, but in order to do so, she must become a master of the Lotis Words. But will the dark side be more than she
can handle? Alice is joined by hunky classmate, Kyo Wakamiya, in her endeavor to save her sister, Mayura, from the darkness.
Then, a mysterious man named Frei appears from out of nowhere and claims to be Alice's fiance. And he, too, offers his support
in the venture. All three of them have the potential to be Lotis Masters, but will even their combined power be enough to
save Mayura from the dark nether-world that she is trapped in?

It's Yuu Watase, the art is beautiful
of course, and there is so much detail in everything, its not an anime yet, sadly. The characters are good, Alice can be annoying
at first because you just want this superheroine, but then you realize, shes just a normal teenager- for real. The love story
is of course, twisted, but not as badly as in Ceres, poor Frey, I adore him and he majorly needs a hug!

I loooove Watase's art, HUGE fan, but, not
a fan of the love plot. I think it wasn't as planned out as it could have been and parts of it just got ridiculous, but the
art is fantastic and the story is very original.

Aya, Aya, Aya, every once and a
while girl, you need a major smack. I haven't seen the anime for this one, just read all the books that are out in English.
Its a good story line, I really like the idea behind it, but sometimes it gets a bit freaky, horror is right. Ceres is really
cool as a character though, i love her, go forth and smite! ^_^

I started this series out of sheer boredom,
I didn't expect to like it at all, but the story really sucked me in. The love plot gets a little goofy, a few parts
are just annoying, and sometimes the characters do things that people just would not do, but overall, its a great series,
i highly recommend it.
